Timmy is a private, single-user personal SMS application operated by Neil Kirkpatrick ("Operator") for his own personal use only. This Privacy Policy describes how information is handled within this application.

1. Scope

This application is not a commercial product, is not distributed to third parties, and has no external users. The sole operator and sole recipient of all messages is the Operator himself. This policy exists to satisfy carrier compliance requirements for SMS messaging (A2P 10DLC).

2. Information Collected

The application processes:

- SMS messages exchanged between the Operator's personal mobile number and the Operator's own Twilio phone number

- Timestamps of those messages

- Automatically generated notes about the Operator's stated habits, moods, and patterns, derived from the content of his own messages

3. How Information Is Used

All data is used solely to provide conversational memory for the Operator's own personal companion application. Data is:

- Stored in a private database controlled by the Operator

- Accessible only to the Operator

- Never sold, rented, shared, or disclosed to any third party

- Never used for marketing

- Not shared with mobile carriers or network operators beyond what is required to deliver SMS messages

4. Third-Party Services

The application uses the following infrastructure providers strictly as data processors:

- Twilio (SMS delivery)

- Anthropic (AI response generation)

- Supabase (database hosting)

These providers process data only as required to deliver the service and are bound by their own privacy terms.

5. Data Retention

Data is retained at the Operator's discretion and can be deleted by the Operator at any time.

6. Your Rights

As the sole user is the Operator, data access, correction, and deletion requests are self-served.

7. Opt-Out

Reply STOP to any SMS message to immediately opt out of further messages.
